  • How do I place an order?

    It's really quick and easy! Call us at 817-595-2555 OR click on the Order Info button at the lower left of the screen for detailed instructions.

  • Is there a minimum dollar value to place an order?

    No, there is no minimum dollar value to place an order.

  • Is there a minimum quantity?

    There is no minimum quantity on re-orders, however, initial orders must have a quantity of at least two dozen. We highly recommend ordering a minimum of 4 pieces of each style- this is enough to give you an indication of how well a particular style will sell to your customers.

  • What payment options are available?

    Our terms are Credit Card for first orders or Net 30 with pre-approved credit. Download the credit approval form or contact our office to receive a faxed form. Terms are usually approved within 72 hours.

  • What is the expected ship time for my order? What are your shipping rates?

    All Undercover orders are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Refer to the following link for approximate shipping times and rates.


  • Do your products have a warranty?

    Undercover Eyewear warranties its products for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Undercover will fix or replace returned eyewear at its sole discretion upon inspection and determination that a manufacturer's defect is present. This warranty does not include scratched lenses or normal wear and tear due to use of product. Please email us at info@undercovereyewear.com for a return authorization and warranty instructions
