Warranty Claim

Undercover offers 2 types of warranties: A limited one year workmanship warranty for all of our eyewear; and a limited lifetime warranty for some of our specialty eyewear.

Limited One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty: Undercover warranties all of its products for one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Undercover will fix or replace returned eyewear at its sole discretion upon inspection and determination that a manufacturer's defect is present. This warranty does not include scratched lenses, lens coatings or normal wear and tear due to use of product. These warranty claims can be sent to Undercover Eyewear or be performed by the authorized dealer who sold the original pair at their discretion.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: This warranty applies to our Transition Bifocal, UE100SafetyTransition, Eagle Transition, UE100 Safety Series, and Folds Of Honor Golf Series sold from January 2025. This Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty covers the original purchaser from manufacturer’s frame defects. Undercover will fix or replace returned eyewear at its sole discretion upon inspection and determination that a manufacturer's defect is present. We reserve the right to replace with a similar style if the original style is not available. This warranty does not include scratched lenses, lens coatings or normal wear and tear due to use of product. Note: Transition/Photochromic styles should transition from dark to light states for 2,000 cycles or 18-24 months, if properly cared for and kept in their microfiber bags when not in use. Limited Lifetime Warranties are processed only through Undercover.

We reserve the right to replace with a similar style of the original style is not available.

WHAT THESE WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER: Any misuse or extreme stress caused by the following, but not limited to... sitting on your glasses; your dog using them as a chew toy; leaving your eyewear in the car and on the dash where it is lava hot; stepping on them during a dance battle; letting them fly off your head at highway speeds, stuffing them in the bottom of a saddlebag or purse, etc. If you think that your pair do indeed have a manufacturer’s defect, please send them to us and we’ll gladly inspect them. We’ll expedite your claim and contact you if we have any questions.
